In this article we take a look at what’s happened in the weekend just gone both with our ratings, tips and systems and in the wider UK racing scene.
66/1 NO HALF MEASURES SUCCESS IN THE JULY CUP
Wow – you’ve probably seen this everywhere already but I can’t overlook it. This was the biggest priced winner in the races 149 year history. No Half Measures @66/1, the bay filly out of Cable Bay and Fascinator snatched victory from the 12/1 Big Mojo by a neck.
Now I love a long odds winner (all part of the excitement of horse racing) but plenty had backed big Mojo and no doubt felt a bit differently! This was her first attempt at 6f and just shows the importance of looking at all the competitors on a race card before making your final betting decision – her form was indeed better than the odds suggested on this occasion.
A winning time of 1m 11.18seconds and it’ll be interesting to see how this filly progresses from here. If you haven’t watched the post race interview with trainer Richard Hughes it’s worth having a look.
OUR TIPS
Almost a God day on Saturday (as Keith likes to call them). We had 9 WINNERS including our Nap (More Thunder). This generally means our members treat us like gods (hence the name 😊). If you want to join us for Keith’s next “gods day” sign up here for tips
OUR SYSTEMS
Anyone who has followed us for a while will know that our systems speak for themselves. If you are time poor or lack experience in filtering race cards and finding selections worth considering, our systems are worth their weight in gold. They have picked out some amazing festival winners in 2025 (Cheltenham, Aintree, York, Ascot, Chester) as well as the day to day winners they help you find. Saturday just gone was no different, extra happy with the 10/1 winner Fox Legacy. Snapshot of results below and as always full results available on the website. For anyone who hasn’t tried them yet and wants to now just sign up here .

Finally….
Retired (or is he really!) boxer Tyson Fury has joined the exciting world of jumps racing. After a taste of success on the flat with Big Gypsy King @Chelmsford earlier on he is trying his hand as an NH owner. Cossack Chach and Sea the Clouds will be trained by Jimmy Moffatt. If all goes well then it could be a lucrative venture but as we all know keeping racehorses is an expensive game so he might just have to make that Anthony Joshua fight happen yet to keep them in hay😂. It’s always great to see new characters joining the racing world and we wish him lots of luck and enjoyment.
